Who this show is for

Built for the drifted man

The listener

The drifted man

Capable everywhere but here. This show is his blueprint to self-leadership through fitness.

Age
Late 20s to 50. Most are in their 30s and early 40s.
Life
Career moving, responsibilities stacking up. Single, married, or raising kids. Everyone counts on him.
His past
Trained hard at some point. Remembers what it felt like to trust himself.
Right now
Further from that man every year. Has restarted more times than he'll admit.
The gap
Not discipline. Identity. He hasn't decided who he's becoming, so he negotiates with himself at 5am.
What he wants
To lead himself first, so he can lead everything else: his work, his relationships, his faith, his family.

"I apply discipline everywhere except to myself. I can't explain it."

You're in the right place if

  • You've started over more than twice in five years
  • You keep your word to everyone except yourself
  • You want standards, not motivation
  • You're done with fitness content made for 22-year-olds

Probably not your show if

  • You want a workout split or macro hacks
  • You're chasing a stage physique
  • You want to hear you're doing fine

I've been training for 22 years and coaching for most of them. I've taught more than a thousand fitness coaches how to build their businesses, and I coach men one on one with full metabolic assessments and neurotype breakdowns, because guessing isn't coaching.

What I learned from all of it: the men who stall don't lack a program. They lack a clear answer to who they're becoming. Fitness Alignment came out of closing that gap, first for myself and then for the men I coach.

I'm also a husband, a father, and twelve years into a career in law enforcement, where your body and your judgment have to be ready for a call you didn't see coming. This show is where all of that gets worked out loud.
